Innovative Stone Solutions Aid Design Of New Church Sanctuary

Victor Zucchi & Son was hired as General Contractor to oversee the entire project from start to finish. It was our company as well as our stone setter, Aisoni & CO, who figured out the methodology to get these large thousand pound stones from the parking lot, down the center aisle, and hoisted into place. Without our expertise and generations of experience, this difficult and unique project would never have come to fruition. We executed with such a high level of quality that any stone piece that came fabricated incorrectly, was sent right back to the manufacturer to be re-fabricated. All pieces needed to be made with absolute precision as we had zero room for error. In the end, when all the correct pieces arrived, our attention to even the smallest of details leads to another beautiful, award winning project.

The design of this project is stunning, but the real feat was getting these thousand pound stones into place without the use of a crane. That is something only a well qualified contractor can complete.
